“Limpopo police will always act with speed and stealth when people behave inhumanely and take the lives of innocent people. I want to take this opportunity to applaud members of the task team who spent sleepless nights until the suspect was arrested. In the same breath, I also want to thank the community for continuously working with the police in the fight against crime,” he said.
Ledwaba added that the police wish the rest of the family, including the mother of the two deceased, who are still recuperating in hospital, a speedy recovery.
“We want to ensure that the suspect is taken to court as early as today to face these charges,” he concluded.
