‘King of Kaviki Land’ set to change the rap and hip hop industry in Polokwane

POLOKWANE – Mash London, famously known as the ‘King of Kuviki Land’, said his love for music started at a young age but he only realised his full potential in early 1990’s.

“I have always had a love for music in general but it was only around 1995 when I realised that my passion for hip hop and rap music could be turned into a career. After listening to the Notorious B.I.G one time, I remember thinking this guy is the greatest hip hop rap artist and from that day on I vowed to be one of the greatest lyricists Limpopo, Polokwane and hopefully the entire country has ever seen. It was then I started writing and performing my music,”said the Seshego born artist.

He has since been called “the cream of the crop in the Limpopo hip hops fraternity,” and has four projects under his belt which includes two mix tapes titled The Great adventures of Mash London 2016 and Art of storytelling 2016 and two extended plays The Injection 1 2015 and Injection 2 2017.
