#WFD – Saucy Rib Wrap

POLOKWANE – Wraps are an easy way to beat a craving or bust hunger and are super easy to make as long as you have soft flour tortillas in your cupboard.

These wraps by What’s for Dinner include pork wraps in the ingredients but if you do not eat pork, you can substitute them with beef or lamb.


  1. 125ml KNORR Spare Rib Marinade
  2. 1kg or smoked pork ribs, boiled
  3. 8 x flour tortilla wraps
  4. 1 x KNORR Creamy Garlic
  5. 0.5 x lettuce, shredded
  6. 2 x tomatoes, chopped
  7. 125ml cheddar cheese, grated
  8. 1 x onion, sliced


  1. Place ribs in a large glass dish.
  2. Pour KNORR Spare Rib Marinade over and leave overnight.
  3. Braai the rack of ribs for 20 minutes or alternately cook under the grill.
  4. Once cooked, slice the meat off the bone.
  5. Prepare KNORR Garlic Sauce following packet instructions.
  6. Drizzle prepared garlic sauce on to each wrap and spread evenly.
  7. Arrange meat over the tortillas and top with the remaining salad ingredients.
  8. Roll up and serve.
