4 exercises to burn belly fat, flatten your tummy FAST

These include:

2. Walking V-plank

She says incorporating these exercises into your daily routine or doing each for a few minutes every day will go a long way in helping you get rid of the fat.

Other suggestions:
Slow bicycle with a V-hold, leg hold-up and flutter kicks for one minute each.
“This can be done in a combination to get the best results. Most important is that people must understand that they need to eat right for exercise to be effective,” Liana explains.
