POLOKWANE – When it comes to exercise, people come up with various excuses and the most common one is that they simply don’t have the time.
Liana Fourie, a local fitness instructor and personal trainer, says it is all about making a lifestyle choice and that no matter how busy you are, there is always something that you can do to stay fit.
“I encourage people to make exercise work for them not the other way around. Find a way to fit it into your daily schedule, even if it’s just a quick 20 minute HITT workout,” she says.
She shared a video with Review to show people exercise does not need to take up too much time, how it can be fun and that it can be squeezed into anyone’s day.
