This week’s workout is a fast paced AMRAP(as many rounds as possible) workout ideal for those with limited time to use on exercise says Heinrich Wolhüter Body Life trainer.
This session will consist of only 4 high intensity interval training (HIIT) full body exercises.
Push yourself and complete each round as quick as your can. Heinrich will explain the workout in detail and demonstrate each exercise in the video.
