This workout is divided into 2 sections of cardio and core exercises… each to be completed 4 rounds.
The frist rounds includes: wall balls using a medicne ball, burpees.
The second round includes: kettle bell swings, shuttle runs and plank – rest for a maximum of 1 minute between each round.
“You can rest for 2 minutes in between each section.
