(Part II) Body Life HIIT fitness challenges

As part of April’s fitness challenges, Body Life trainer Heinrich Wolhüter, offers 2 fitness challenges for this week… one for the tough and one for the not so tough.

Both challenges are based on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises that can be done in the comfort of your home.

Challenge 1

The first challenge consists of squats, full sit ups, pushups and burpees. 5 rounds of each. (Watch the video for more information)

Challenge 2 (cardio vascular workout)

The second challenge consists of skipping, crunches, shuttle runs and box jumps.
