In this video Body Life trainer, Heinrich Wolhüter, demonstrates 5 HIIT exercises that can be done in the comfort of your home… this training is perfect for those who are strapped for time.
The 5 exercises are namely squat jumps, burpees, wall sit, plank and crunches.
Each exercise must be done for 1 minute, for example squat jumps for 1 minute then burpees for one minute directly after…
After completing one round of each you can rest for one minute, then continue with the next round for up to four rounds.
