In this video Body Life trainer, Heinrich Wolhüter, discusses As Many Rounds As Possible (Amrap) training for people who are strapped for time.
Amrap is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) where you do as many rounds as you can in a time of 15 minutes to improve your fitness and live a healthier lifestyle.
“For this Amrap exercise, I focus more on legs. You will be doing 50 jumping jacks to get your heart rate up and then 30 squats, 20 lunges, 10 step-ups per leg and five burpees, which will all count as one round – you have to continue these exercises for as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.
