POLOKWANE – With the holiday season already on us, Review asked Heinrich Wolhüter, a personal trainer at Body Life, to compile a quick workout that you can do at home to stay in shape.
As long as you push yourself and move quickly from exercise to exercise, you’ll be able to get through this workout in about 15 and 30 minutes. If you are totally out of shape you can rest for about 1 min in between each set of exercises.
The set of exercises consist out of, push ups, squats, burpees, crunches and shuttle runs.
All five exercises should be done a total of 10 times (reps) each, then the next round nine reps, then eight reps and so on until you only have one rep left.
